The Texas Fire Marshal’s annual conference was attended by many departments facing the same challenges of increased demands and limited budgets. We connected with existing clients and heard how One Step is working to make their departments more efficient. Harris County is posting the data collected by One Step to the web giving their community easy access to inspection information. The added bonus is providing a positive image of the prevention department and the service it provides to the residents of Harris County.

Florida State Fire Marshals Conference gave us an opportunity to meet with many of our customers in Florida and to gather information from departments looking for a mobile occupancy inspection solution. Many departments are threatened with reduced budgets because of the tax changes being proposed and One Step would allow them to maintain and enhance their existing levels of inspection and still stay within limited budgets.

Attended Fire Rescue International show in Atlanta. We were pleased to showcase One Step Fire Inspection Version 3. Our latest version provides a new user interface allowing for inspectors to define their own work space making their jobs of occupancy inspection even easier. Our display was attended by many of our existing clients and we were able to meet many new departments who are looking for a solution to increase the amount of inspections they do without impacting their operational costs.
